It is horrifying to see a 3 years old child suffering from a disease that usually occurs in the part of adult’s body. It looks like as white or flesh-colored, smooth, small bumps, or larger, fleshy, cauliflower-like lumps growing in this child’s body around anus and genital area. This child is infected by HPV virus from her mother during her birth.
The mother of this child is suffering from a disease called the genital warts. This is caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). This virus is spread trough sexually transmitted. There are more than 100 different kinds of subtypes of HPV, and about 30 of them specifically affect the genitals, this usually occurs in genital, vagina, penis and anus. Other HPV subtypes cause warts to develop in other area of the body like hands. A person who is infected with HPV can possibly remain a symptomatic. This virus has been associated with cancer, cervical cancer. The incubation period from contracting HPV may be several months.
A doctor can give patient genital wart treatment. Those treatments are various such as surgery, medication and vaccine. Because this disease is not caused by virus so antibiotics will not work to get rid of them. HPV treatment cream is one of the solutions to cure this disease.
